"This is the first time that I tried ginger with lamb and it is delicious. The combination of the ginger and marsala is a lovely smooth taste. Do try lamb a bit pink - it is so juicy and tender. The cook time depends on how thick your chops are"

Season the chops with salt and pepper

Lightly spray a skillet with oil and brown the chops on both sides over high heat about 1 minutes each side

Add the marsala wine to the skillet, spoon over the marmalade, cover and finsh cooking. Medium pink about 5-6 minutes. flip them once
