"This is a recipe that originated with Pioneer Woman. I have tweaked it considerably to make it my own. It’s really very, very good. Cooking time is marinating time."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a large glass bowl.

Step 2

Whisk to combine, then add tomatoes and stir.

Step 3

Allow to marinate for 8 to 24 hours.

Step 4

Tomatoes will give off liquid as they marinate.

Super easy delicious with great eye appeal sees this one a keeper which has been added to my Family Favorites Cookbook. Made the marinade as posted but scaled back on the tomatoes to two servings using sweet and lovely cherry tomatoes from my backyard garden. Jared the marinade to do a repeat. Can't wait to serve this to family and friends.
