Step by Step Method
Step 1
Remove excess liquid from grated potatoes and onion using a colander. Then squeeze between paper towels until they are as dry as possible.
Step 2
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Fry in hot oil, about 3 minutes or till golden, then turn and cook on the other side.
Step 4
Drain on paper towel.
Step 5
Serve with warm apple sauce.
Step 6
Can be frozen between sheets of paper towel. Do not defrost. Put in 350' oven until sizzling.
