This wasn't one of my favorite cucumber salads...the soy sauce made it look muddy...I added in a touch of sugar to cut the tartness...but we did enjoy the addition of jalapeno peppers...made for "Cooking On A Dime" tag game...thanks for sharing your recipe...

This is an easy, flavourful recipe! I didn't have celery but I don't think it was missed. It was enjoyed with rice and Korean chicken. Thanks Dee!

So easy and so good! I however did not measure but used 2 large cucumbers (did not peel), 1 bunch of radishes and 2 celery stalks. Since chives grown wild in my garden I did sub chives for the green onions but otherwise made as directed. This is so easy and enjoyed by all. Thanks for sharing!
