Keto Chicken Pizza Crust

"This pizza crust is low carb and low glycemic and it tastes amazing! I use the Maple Leaf brand canned chicken because it has "healthier" ingredients than most other canned meats; chicken, water and salt. Make sure you are using shredded Parmesan, not the cheap grated shaker stuff. I use the Tres Stelle brand or the Great Value bag from Walmart, you want the type of Parmesan that melts nicely, it looks like shredded mozzarella."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Whisk together the egg and ground flax and set aside.
Step 3
Drain the canned chicken and squeeze as much of the juice as you can from the chicken. I place the chicken in a couple layers of paper towels and roll it like a burrito and squeeze until no more liquid comes out.
Step 4
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together well.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the "dough" onto the parchment paper. Flatten and shape it into a circle with a spatula.
Step 6
Place in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven and add some mozzarella cheese and your favourite low carb toppings.
Step 8
Return to oven and cook until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Step 9
Remove from oven and enjoy!
