Step by Step Method
Step 1
Have everything portioned up, it's going to go fast.
Step 2
Cook the pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 3
Drain.
Step 4
Melt the butter over medium high heat in a wok.
Step 5
Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 6
Add ginger and toss in noodles.
Step 7
Drizzle with sesame oil and stir to mix.
Step 8
Add sugar, (start with a tablespoon and add more if needed ) soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and toss to combine.
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Step 11
Toss.
