Made these for the Superbowl and they were munched out on and eaten in no time. We all liked them, except for my son, but then again he's a kid. Not too hot, just right for us adults!

Great little sandwiches. I had them as appetizers and they were well received by my friends. I'm saving this one!

To heck with making these for a party, I made them for lunch for something different and loved every single bite and then some! I am adding these into my lunches for variety and also the fact they are so good. Thanks for sharing it Gerry!

Wonderful recipe - I couldn't find the mini Pitas (they are always there but not the day I need them) so I bought some whole wheat rotis. Cut them into 2 1/2 by 5 strips, filled them and folded them over. Heated in 375 minutes for about 10 minutes. They were just heated pleasnatly warm right through. As I said great recipe. Perfect fot our Sunday 3PM Martini Thanks Gerry

This recipe was a huge hit for Super Bowl! A nice blend of flavors with a little kick. This filling would be good served on practically anything. Don't be afraid of the fresh jalapeno. They mellow a lot during cooking. Thanks for a lovely appetizer.
