Step by Step Method

Drain tuna extremely well add mayonnaise and season to taste.

At this point you can add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese if you wish, I'm not.

Cover and refrigerate.

When ready to make sandwich
Step 5
Cover tuna on one side of bread add onion if you wish lettuce and tomato
Step 6
Cut on diagonal both ways so you have 4 sandwich pieces
