LifeIsGood

Great recipe for Irish stew in the crockpot. I had a busy day and early evening scheduled for St. Patrick's Day but still wanted an Irish meal. I bought Irish soda bread from Trader Joe's and put this crockpot Irish stew together in the morning. It smelled so good all day! It tasted great, too! The only changes I made were to switch the parsnips to carrots and omit the turnip. Thank you!
