Humphrey’s Marinade for Beef
"This Kalbi style marinade is far and away my favorite way to marinate beef. Traditionally, this is used on crosscut ribs, but it works wonderfully for everything from T-bones to flank steak to tri-tip. I have even used it to braise short ribs, which came out wonderfully. The long marinating times are important and remember that marinated beef cooks much faster. Give this one a try, you won’t be sorry."
