I made this using shallot and garlic infused oil with the butter, instead of adding garlic and shallot (due to dietary restriction) and it turned out perfectly delicious. AND super quick and easy!

Just stunning I made it with new Zealand honey with salmon it's going in my best of files really tasty I cooked in air fryer and sauce is in bottom but there lol
