Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix oil, honey, mustard, curry and salt in a disposable, oven-safe pan.
Step 3
Add chicken to the pan and spread mixture all over the chicken.
Step 4
Place chicken evenly around the pan with skin side up.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
