Step by Step Method
Step 1
Blend spices and cheese in a blender until well blended. Add to olive oil.
Step 2
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Lay the garlic cloves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast garlic for 10 minutes and stir. Roast for another 10 minutes until garlic is golden and crispy, but not burned. Place cloves in a bowl then using a fork, crush all cloves. Add the crushed roasted garlic to the olive oil mixture and stir to combine.
Step 3
Serve oil mixture in a shallow bowl.
Step 4
Use for dipping crusty bread slices.
