Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Mix together, the meat, bread crumbs, eggs and water.
Step 3
Season the mixture with salt, paprika, mustard, and parsley.
Step 4
Blend ingredients thoroughly and shape into a loaf.
Step 5
Place the loaf in a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes. While meat is baking, gradually pour hot beef broth over the top of the meatloaf and basting occasionally. check to make sure its cooked.
