Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Slice and dice the bread into 1/2-inch pieces and toss in a large bowl.
Step 3
Whisk the garlic powder and dried parsley into the melted butter.
Step 4
Drizzle evenly over the bread pieces and lightly mix until the butter mixture is evenly spread into bread cubes.
Step 5
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the bread mixture evenly over the baking sheet.
Step 6
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, flipping pieces over every 5 minutes or so.
Step 7
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Step 8
Place in an airtight container.
