Step by Step Method
Step 1
Make sandwiches by spreading one side of each slice of bread with pizza sauce and top 4 of the slices with cheese (cutting to fit), pepperoni, capsicum, mushrooms and hand and then sandwich with remaining bread and spray with oil.
Step 2
Place into a jaffle iron and cook over a low fire or barbecue for about 5 minutes each side or until golden.
Step 3
Repeat with remaining sandwiches and serve hot (we have a jaffle iron for the fire in which we can make two at a time and also a single one).
