Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut through hard cooked egg in half.
Step 2
Scoop out yolk.
Step 3
Place cooked yolk in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Step 4
Stir in mayonnaise, paprika and salt to taste.
Step 5
Mix thoroughly and fill egg white eye socket with mixture.
Step 6
Smooth yolk mixture.
Step 7
Press olive into yolk mixture so pimento is facing out.
Step 8
Cut just enough of the rounded end of egg to create a flat surface to stand egg on.
Step 9
Serve upright.
