Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine first nine ingredients. Transfer to baking dish.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the crushed cracker crumbs with melted butter, then combine with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Step 4
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
