Step by Step Method
Step 1
For plate, take lettuce leaves and make bowl around plate with big outside leaves
Step 2
Put shredded lettuce in center.
Step 3
Top with lobster mix that you have mixed together, it should be a touch loose.
Step 4
Put 2 of each of 4 veggies on either side making a pattern, carrot sticks one each side, lemon wedges one each side then a pile of tomato one each side.
