"I had thawed out what I thought was a package of ground beef, but it turned out to be cube steak (Mental note to self:label package better. ;)). So instead of making the usual " Country/Chicken Fried Steak ", I decided to see if I could make Chili out of it. And I think it turned out quite well. As for the cans of chili seasoned beans & tomatoes, that's what I had on hand. If you don't have those, use what you have and add your favorite chili seasonings. The cooking time for the cube steak is included in the "PREP TIME ". If there's any leftovers, you could use as a topping for chili dogs. Submitted to "ZAZZ" on April 10th, 2014. Keep Smiling :)"
