Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat beef cubes.
Step 2
Brown.
Step 3
Add onion, garlic, and oregano.

Cook until onion is tender but not brown.

Transfer to crock pot.
Step 6
Add beef stock, mushrooms and tomato.
Step 7
Cover.
Step 8
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Step 9
Stir into beef mixture
Step 10
Green beans, ravioli's and parsley.
Step 11
Cook 30 minutes longer on high. Until ravioli is cooked check for seasoning
