Along with the other reviewer, racrgal, I halved the recipe to make for 2 and we also loved it. This has all the ingredients you would make for a big breakfast rolled into one casserole. I used mild Jimmy Dean sausage and american/cheddar shredded cheese. A great breakfast casserole that I will make again! Thank you Sus for a keeper!! Made and reviewed for the Recipebook Tag Game in the Game Forum.

Hubby says "mmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm good" and I agree! This is an outstanding breakfast casserole. I used turkey sausage and halved the recipe because I am only cooking for two. This is a keeper for us! Thanks CoffeeB for posting the recipe.
