Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place sherbet, evaporated milk, ice & tequila (if using) in blender. Cover & blend until smooth. If salted rims of the margarita glasses are desired ... Dip rims into water, then salt & shake off any excess. Pour margarita mixture into glasses & garnish w/lime slices.

Step 2

FOR MY PIC: I made this margarita using mango sorbet because I had it it on-hand. I don't esp care for the watered-down effect that is sometimes produced using ice, so I subbed 1/2 cup lime-based margarita mix & made sure all my ingredients were very cold. I don't think you can go wrong making this. Just have fun w/it. :-)
