"It's almost cheesecake, but it's not. No baking, ridiculously easy, and really very good. I've also made it in individual tart shells and also used the graham cracker crust in cupcake liners for individual desserts. The best part is I pretty much always have the ingredients on-hand."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine crust ingredients; press into 9-inch pie pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Blend in whipped topping on low speed until smooth.
Step 4
Fold in crushed pineapple.
Step 5
Spread filling into crust, cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
