Copycat Subway Orchard Chicken Salad Sub
"I found this recipe when I was looking for one like or close to the one that Subway sells. This one is even better! Subway always uses lite mayo. Salt and pepper are optional. Use more or less of any ingredients you like. I like to add more fruits. No cook time listed here. I use left over chicken or canned. You can even get the deli or rotisserie chicken, whatever you prefer."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl toss apples, celery, raisins, cranberries and chicken.
Step 2
Season with celery salt, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
Step 3
Stir in mayonnaise.
Step 4
Slice a 6 inch roll in half.
Step 5
Add 2 heaping tablespoons chicken salad to bottom slice of roll and spread.
Step 6
Add your toppings.
Tips
- Add your rolls and any toppings you like.
- Suggestions, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion or any other of your choice.
- I don't use those I like mine just the way it's mixed!
