"I use this dressing to make coleslaw, when I am in a hurry. I just use a bag of pre-cut coleslaw mix, combine the two and you end up with a great coleslaw. Easy Peasy! NOTE: Original recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of caster sugar. I use 1/2 as I think it is sweet enough, but taste the dressing and add the extra if you desite."
