Step by Step Method

Mix up mayo mixture, the chill.
Step 2
Heat pan, melt some butter. Beat egg mixture, divide in 1/4, heat omelet, flip.

Mix crab in mayo, put down center of each omelet.

Sprinkle parsley on top.
Step 5
Garnish with tomato wedges.
