Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the water, tea bags, mint, sugar and lemon into a large saucepan or heatproof jug; stir to dissolve the sugar.
Step 2
Infuse tea for about 5 minutes, or to your desired liking; strain and place in refrigerator until chilled.
Step 3
Serve tea in glasses or cups with a sprig of mint in each or decorate with thin slices of lemon and strips of cucumber skin.
