Step by Step Method

STIR-FRY SAUCE:
Step 2
Add all the ingredients mentioned under the sauce, in a jar or a mixing bowl. Set aside.

THE CHICKEN RAMEN:

Heat oil. Add sliced onion. Cook until the onion starts to soften. Add garlic.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, add to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Step 6
Add the stir-fry sauce that you set aside, followed by bell pepper, broccoli florettes and carrot.
Step 7
Mix everything well. Let it cook till vegetables are crispy (about 3 minutes).
Step 8
When the sauce starts to thicken up, add water and ramen blocks.
Step 9
Let it cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 10
Then flip the ramen and break up bigger chunks.
Step 11
Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 12
Garnish with green onions to serve.
