Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the crushed Corn Chex, brown sugar, coconut and oleo together well.
Step 2
Press half of the mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Step 3
Blend the cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and can of peach pie filling together.
Step 4
Pour over crumb mixture .
Step 5
Top with remaining half of the Chex Mix mixture.
