Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350f degrees. Combine flour and baking soda in a small bowl. Combine sugar, cocoa, margaine, brown sugar and coffee granules in a large bowl. Add buttermilk and vanilla, mix well. Stor om f;pir ,oxtire kist imto; cp,bomed/ Cover and refrigerate 1 hour (dough will be stiff)
Step 2
Lightly spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
Step 3
Bake 10 to 11 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
