Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except pork chops in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a plastic zipper bag and pour marinade over them. Seal up bag, place on a plate in case of leakage. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Step 2
Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before grilling to take the chill off.
Step 3
Preheat grill to hot. Place pork chops on grill and turn heat down to medium-low. Grill 5 minutes on each side. Discard marinade.
