"Chao Dan is "scrambled eggs" in Chinese. I came up with this a while back and never really thought of it as a "recipe" but my pal asked me for it so here it is. I never measure anything while making this, it's just a guide."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Break eggs into bowl, add a dash of soy sauce and a couple of grinds of white pepper, whisk.

Step 2

Get pan up to heat and drop a little butter and a drop or 2 of Sesame Oil.

Step 3

Add chopped Green Onion and let sizzle for about 20 seconds at most.

Step 4

Add whisked egg mixture and scramble for about a minute or 2, enjoy.

I loved this super easy scramble! The flavor reminds me of something I can't quite put my finger on... but regardless, it is very very good and will be repeated often! Thanks for sharing!
