Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop up the cantaloupe into large pieces, discarding the outside of the cantaloupe. Place the pieces into a blender. Add the sambal oelek, the lime juice, and the salt.
Step 2
Puree everything until it's smooth, then place it into the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until it's cold.
Step 3
Take it out of the refrigerator and stir it. Add more sambal oelek if you want.
