"Easy. Serve with pasta or rice. Some folks add cayenne to bump it up, some folks use chicken thighs. Just make sure chicken is done to your liking. Adapted from the famous New Orleans dish by Chef Lazone Randolph of Brennan's."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Salt the chicken breasts lightly with kosher salt.
Step 2
Mix spices together.
Step 3
Pound out the chicken so it's even, not flat though.
Step 4
Rub the spices into the chicken
Step 5
Let rest 10 minutes.
Step 6
Heat oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter and saute the chicken until browned.
Step 7
Flip adding butter as needed.
Step 8
When lightly browned, add cream and simmer, don't boil.
Step 9
Cook until thickened.
Step 10
Add rest of butter.
Step 11
Sprinkle on parsley at very end.
