"Granny Smith is the kind of apple they used. They also said to use white and dark meat for best flavor. They had the carrot chopped, I grated it. They didn't give amounts for mayonnaise, so I erred on the side of caution because some folks don't like a lot. I like mine drowning so, I will be adding more. lol"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Blend mayonnaise to taste with salt and white pepper.

Step 2

Add all items including chicken.

Step 3

Add more mayonnaise to your liking if needed.

Step 4

Season to taste.

Divide in 4 equal parts on wheat or multigrain bread, the chicken mixture, a lettuce leaf and a tablespoon each of alfalfa sprouts.

Step 6

Top each one with the remaining slices of bread.
