Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Step 2
Cook butter in large skillet on med-low heat till lightly browned.
Step 3
Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds before adding carrots and cauliflower. Stir to coat.
Step 4
Add salt, pepper, honey, thyme and oregano. Stir till well coated.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 6
Place in center of preheated 400° F oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached.
