Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.

Step 2

Place salmon in the pan, skin side down.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 the mustard with 1 tablespoon dill and spread on the salmon.

Broil salmon for 10 to 12 minutes until just opaque in middle.

Step 5

In another small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until creamy.

Step 6

Pour over fish or leave on the side for serving.
