Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger and honey.
Step 2
Pour over halibut.
Step 3
Marinate for 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
Step 4
Heat broiler.
Step 5
Place fish on broiler pan, pieces not touching.
Step 6
Broil 4 inches from heat, 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until done to your liking.
Step 7
Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
