Step by Step Method

Step 1

Blend the dressing in food processor making sure avocado is ripe. Season to taste.

Step 2

Add veggies to bowl and toss, season lightly to taste.

Great salad! Although, I forgot to add the tomatoes! That's what happens when you try to prep in advance. The dressing is amazing, though I did have to add quite a bit of liquid (olive oil and water) to make it pourable. Regardless, it was definitely green and definitely delicious! And we'll make it again. With or without the tomatoes. Thanks for sharing!
