Breaded Pork With Onions And Gravy
"This was first posted on January 8th.2010 on another site. Original Description: I had some leftover Pork Schnitzel and I came up with this creative way to use them. This was served over mashed potatoes, but serve over rice or egg noodles if you like.Now this serves 2 very hungry people or 3 not so hungry people ;). Submitted to " ZAZZ " on May 21st.2014. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Over low heat,melt 2 Tablespoons of margarine in a medium sized skillet,add onions cover with lid and cook until softened (this will take about 20 minutes).
Step 2
Then add pork, gravy, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Step 3
Stir occasionally to make sure all ingredients are well combined, and heated through.
