"This is a FAST version of Blue Cheese Coleslaw, using a prepared package of coleslaw mix, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds and prepared blue cheese salad dressing. The vinegar is optional, depending on if you want additional tang to cut through the richness of the blue cheese dressing. I always use Marie Calendar's Chunky Blue Cheese, so use your favorite. My measurements are from the packages I usually buy, so I just open and dump for speed... I never seem to have a lot of time when I need to make this. I use Walmart's Great Value brand for the real crumbled bacon pieces and the sunflower kernels. You can use more or less, to your preference."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Empty packages of coleslaw mix, bacon crumbles and sunflower kernels into a large bowl (preferably with a lid).
Step 2
Stir in salad dressing until well-coated (don't just dump in the entire bottle of salad dressing... keep adding it in and stirring until you're happy with how much much dressing coats the cabbage and it tastes right).
Step 3
Add vinegar & black pepper, to taste, if using.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate until serving. It's best if you serve shortly after preparing, so the seeds still have some crunch.
