"This is an easy, quick recipe that provides very tasty results. I like to use a cast iron skillet. The ranch seasoning helps to blacken and get the skin crispy. Great served with potatoes, mashed or roasted, and green beans or asparagus."

Yum! I made this for the Best of 2024 game for 5 of us and it was a hit. I have 2 picky eaters that don't like spicy so this worked great with the ranch instead. We really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing such a great keeper, Kathy.

Amazingly good and easy! I did not salt the chicken, but did use pepper. I tasted seasoning, but not an overwhelming ranch flavor. Delicious!

Quick and easy for a weeknight main! We'll make this again, but not salt the chicken - there is plenty of saltiness from the dressing mix. We loved how crispy the skin came out. Thanks for sharing!
