Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 2
In a large cooking pan, heat up oil and add chopped spinach and sliced mushrooms.
Step 3
Saute until spinach cooks down and add minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Saute until garlic is fragrant.
Step 5
Add broth and wine, stir well.
Step 6
Combine flour, heavy cream, Worcestershire, pressed garlic, salt and pepper and stir well. Add to pan
Step 7
Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp start to turn pink
Step 8
Add spaghetti and toss to coat and cook until shrimp is done.
Step 9
Stir in Parmigiano-Reggiano and cook for another minute.
Step 10
Serve right away.
