"Since finding this recipe I have made it lots of times and each time I make it my family always raves about how good this is. This would make a great brunch dish, but I could and would eat it every day, it's SOOOOO GOOD and really easy also!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease a 9x9 pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Layer the zucchini slices in the bottom of the pan.
Step 3
Sprinkle the onion on top of the zucchini.
Step 4
Cook and brown the sausage meat with garlic; drain off any excess grease.
Step 5
Put the sausage on top of the zucchini and onion.
Step 6
Salt and pepper the layers.
Step 7
In a mixing bowl, mix together the Bisquick, milk, egg and oil till smooth.Pour on top of the zucchini and sausage layers.
Step 8
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Step 9
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until it looks golden on top.
Step 10
Let it sit for 5-8 minutes before serving.
