"I am not a vegetarian but want to cut back on the amount of meat protein that I am consuming. "Beyond Beef" is a fairly new meatless product on the market that I have found very enjoyable. I bet if you served this to someone not telling them that it has no meat they wouldn't know the difference. I recommend that you add a bit of spice to the patties. They are pricey ($7. something for 2 patties."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together avocado, mayo, lemon juice, sour cream, green onions & pepper flakes
Step 2
Set the avocado sauce aside
Step 3
Fry the patties, medium heat, 4 minutes each side

Add cheese on top of patties when you flip them
Step 5
Cover pan for the last 4minutes
Step 6
Place the spinach, tomato & onion on bottom of the bun
Step 7
Top with cooked burger

Spoon on the avocado mixture

Add bun top
