Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Stir in the oats to toast, stirring approximately 3 minutes.

Add water, milk, flaxseed,brown sugar & kosher salt.
Step 4
Turn up the heat, bring to a simmer & cover.
Step 5
Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Add banana.
Step 7
Cover again and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally until soft & creamy.
Step 8
Add berries just before serving.
