Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and place in a 3 quart baking dish.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Step 3
Cover lightly with foil and place in a 350° oven for about 1 1/2 hours.

Serve with pasta.
