"Originally found on an Almer Tomato can. I’ve made it for years so I’ve balanced out the portions between sausage, zucchini, tomatoes & pasta to just the way we like it."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F
Step 2
In large skillet, over medium heat, brown meat till cooked.
Step 3
Drain excess fat & set aside.
Step 4
Sauté zucchini & onion for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in tomatoes & oregano; return meat into saucepan.
Step 6
Bring to a boil, stirring for 1 min.
Step 7
Pour over uncooked tortellini into a lightly greased casserole, with cover.
Step 8
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the parmesan cheese.
Step 9
Cover & bake for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Stir casserole, sprinkle until pasta is tender.
Step 11
Serve with garlic texas toast.
