Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Sprinkle cheese over the bottom of a well buttered Pam sprayed(heavily) 9x9 baking dish.
Step 3
Break eggs over cheese,so they are evenly spaced throughout the pan.
Step 4
Mix cream, mustard, salt ,pepper and cayenne (season to taste)and pour evenly over the pan.
Step 5
Dot with butter.
Step 6
Bake for 22 minutes or longer, as needed
